An increasing number of high-school girls of Pan-African descent are engaging in self-harm, suicidal attempts, unhealthy and abusive relationships, feelings of self-hate and beliefs that they don’t matter or that they don’t belong. We believe that when a young person is affirmed and provided with essential tools in a transformational, safe, and loving space, she will always and in all ways remember who she truly is. We support her with unlocking what is already within her – a power and spirit that is unshakable and unwavering. Join us as we celebrate 10 years and over 1,200 lives touched.

Join the Run
Sistas Run New York 2017 is a fundraising run/walk, presented by Fastgirls, in support of the Sista-2-Sista Youth Summit. This run/walk covers the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges (approx 5 mi).
